You are invited to bid pricing for copy paper for the Blue Valley Unified School District #229. The bid is for an estimated three truckloads of 8.5" x 11" and (two orders that could potentially be one truckload) of 11"x17" all to be delivered no later than July 30, 2026. Deliveries are to be scheduled with the Blue Valley Logistic Center, 7650 W. 149th Terrace, Overland Park, KS 66223. We can receive dock or drive-in delivery. All items are to be as specified or equal. All deviations from the exact specifications must be clearly illustrated and duly noted on the bid form. Blue Valley District Personnel will be the sole judge of a product's equality and fitness of purpose. Vendors may be required to submit sample reams. Bid price is to be the unit price of the items and must be F.O.B. Destination. Do not include sales tax
